Clasps and corners
Wire clamping clips
Wire clamping clips are used to connect polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) tapes in cargo binding and fastening systems. Depending on the width of the tape used, compatible paper clips are used. Owing to the clips the tapes can be stretched manually or using H-21, H-22 tensioners. Each paper clip is covered with shiny zinc or dark phosphate.
Types of paper clips depending on the width of the tapes:
CB-3 - 10 mm, CB-4 - 13 mm, CB-5 - 16 mm, CB-6 - 19 mm,
CB-8 - 25 mm, CB-10 -35 mm, CB-12 -40 mm
Metal clasps
Similar to metal wire clips, metal clasps are used to connect polypropylene, polyester and pet tapes in cargo binding and fastening systems. Owing to the porous interior, they prevent the tape from slipping out after tightening.
Types of metal clasps for tapes depending on their width:
ZB -10 - 10 mm, ZB -13 - 13 mm,
ZB -16 - 16 mm, ZB -19 - 19 mm
Polypropylene clasps
Plastic clasps are used to secure lighter products manually, where there is no need to use more durable wire clasps.
